Why am I rated on the costume I wear?
An outfit that feeds me.
Something i never wished for,
But the time had it on me,
Options were less,
May be lack of confidence…
A question for survival,
Mind won over good emotions.
Cried initially, became ruthless later,
Learnt to bury the pain within…
A profession I never longed for…
Don’t judge me with my costume…
